At Aum Foundation, we believe in the power of community and connection. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. We aim to achieve this through:

Monthly coffee mornings with engaging speakers and activities

Yearly excursions for members to enjoy and socialize

Volunteer opportunities to connect with others and make a meaningful impact

A safe space to share experiences and find comfort with others who understand

Supporting individuals after hospitalization to reintegrate into their community
Aum Foundation's mission is to empower individuals facing isolation and loneliness by providing emotional support, social interaction, companionship, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
We are a newly established/ growing organisation that believes everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life, regardless of age or ability.

At the moment we offer a monthly program designed to promote social interaction, physical health, and mental well-being among seniors. This includes excises, brain stimulation activities, music therapy and social gatherings.
For the future, we are planning to organise trips and outings to places of interest.

Regular events where seniors can meet new people and build friendships.
Gentle exercises led by a qualified physiotherapist to improve mobility and flexibility.
Activities designed to challenge the mind and promote cognitive function.
Music sessions led by a skilled musician to promote relaxation and enjoyment.
Our purpose is to tackle loneliness and isolation among the elderly by providing opportunities for social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation particularly within the South Asian Communities.
Our events are open to seniors aged 55+, particularly those who are lonely or isolated.
You can get involved by attending our events, volunteering, or donating to support our cause.
As a new charity, we're excited to grow and evolve with the needs of our community. Our services are designed to be flexible and responsive, ensuring we can make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Join us for our launch event to learn more about our services and how you can get involved. Whether you're interested in volunteering, becoming a member, or supporting our cause, we invite you to be part of our journey.
Your support will help us launch our services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Every donation counts, and we appreciate your contribution.
